Designed and executed the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Teams as the core communication and collaboration platform for Two Saints Ltd, transforming operations across 44 sites. This initiative replaced legacy systems with a modern, integrated solution, enabling seamless real-time collaboration and improved productivity. By delivering tailored training programs and robust adoption strategies, the project empowered employees with the skills and tools necessary to thrive in a digitally connected workplace.

  • Led a structured, phased migration to Microsoft Teams, ensuring zero operational downtime during the transition.
  • Delivered comprehensive training programs, enhancing digital literacy and ensuring consistent adoption across departments.
  • Established a scalable governance framework, integrating Teams with existing business processes while maintaining data security and compliance.
  • Enabled efficient cross-site communication and collaboration, significantly improving response times and decision-making processes.

Background

The project was initiated to address inefficiencies caused by fragmented communication systems, which impeded collaboration and limited organisational agility. As a key enabler of the company’s digital transformation agenda, Microsoft Teams was selected to unify communication channels and support hybrid working capabilities.

Challenges

  • Seamlessly migrating over 300 employees to a new platform with minimal disruption to daily operations.
  • Overcoming resistance to change and ensuring rapid adoption among staff with varying levels of digital proficiency.
  • Configuring and integrating Teams to meet the unique requirements of diverse departments while maintaining user experience consistency.

Implementation Strategy

A well-defined project roadmap was developed, incorporating stakeholder collaboration, pilot testing, and risk mitigation strategies. Hands-on training workshops, customised by role and department, fostered confidence and reduced resistance. Integration of Teams with complementary Microsoft 365 tools created a unified, intuitive ecosystem that streamlined workflows and collaboration.
